Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a detail‑oriented administrator to support the estimating team in producing quotations for fire and security systems, including CCTV, intruder alarms, access control, and fire alarms.

You will coordinate with engineers, surveyors and other stakeholders to ensure quotes are raised and actioned accurately and promptly. The role involves managing daily emails, answering queries, raising sales enquiries, and converting approved enquiries into jobs, while ensuring

Responsibilities

• Manage daily emails, respond to queries from internal and external clients and escalate as needed.
• Raise and assign sales enquiries for the team and surveyors.
• Liaise with engineers, surveyors, and the small works department to ensure accurate and efficient quotation production.
• Convert sales enquiries to jobs upon client order approval.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure quotes are carried out correctly.
• Perform any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as requested, including assisting other teams/departments as required.
