Job summary

Infleqtion UK is seeking an experienced Project Manager to coordinate people and processes to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope in the Kidlington, Oxford office. Hybrid work is allowed up to two days per week with manager approval.

You will act as the go-to person for project organisation, timelines and risk management, collaborating with customers, suppliers and Infleqtion leadership to drive successful outcomes in a fast-moving quantum technology environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience managing technical, engineering or research projects.
• Degree in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science or STEM preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into actionable project plans with milestones.
• Coordinate internal resources and external partners for on-time delivery.
• Ensure projects stay within scope and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans and track progress.
• Provide regular reporting and escalate risks to management.
• Maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
