Job summary

Infleqtion is seeking a Project Manager for our Kidlington, Oxford office. You will coordinate people and processes to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification, coordinating internal teams, external partners and suppliers.

Hybrid work setup with some home days supported. Role focuses on translating business needs into actionable plans, managing scope, schedule and budget, and reporting progress to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs and requirements into actionable project plans with deliverables and milestones

• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure appropriate resource allocation and availability throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Execute projects in accordance with the Infleqtion Product Lifecycle
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Provide regular project reporting and escape risks or issues to management as required
• Build and maintain effective relationships with customers and key stakeholders
• Perform proactive risk management to identify, mitigate and monitor project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties and vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Lead project reviews with customers and Infleqtion leadership
