You will manage valuations, final accounts and client contracts, while working with two Senior Quantity Surveyors to grow specialist expertise in waterproofing and concrete repairs.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified Quantity Surveyor with construction background.
• Minimum 3 years QS experience in construction.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide.
• Strong commercial and client-facing skills.
• Experience with valuations, final accounts and subcontractor contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage project valuations, contracts and commercial performance.
• Prepare, negotiate and agree subcontractor and client final accounts.
• Attend client meetings and maintain strong working relationships.
• Visit sites nationwide, with most projects across the Midlands.
• Receive specialist training from two experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors.
• Progress towards a Senior Quantity Surveyor position.
