In this role, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of projects across the UK, with the majority of work located throughout the Midlands. Your duties will include managing valuations, overseeing contracts, preparing and agreeing final accounts, and liaising directly with clients to resolve commercial matters. Working closely with two experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors, you will receive training in specialist waterproofing and concrete repair projects, with regular site visits and client meetings forming a key part of your week. This role would suit a Degree-qualified Quantity Surveyor with at least three years' experience in any construction sector, looking to broaden their expertise, take ownership of projects and progress within a specialist contracting environment.
