Cemplas is recruiting an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the Birmingham-based commercial team. The role involves working on specialist construction projects across the UK, including concrete repair, refurbishment, waterproofing and roofing.

You will contribute to cost control, commercial reporting and client liaison as part of a growing team. The successful candidate will have QS experience in construction, strong commercial awareness, and a proactive, solution-focused approach.
