Job summary

Aldwych Consulting Ltd is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join its growing infrastructure team, focusing on major water projects such as desalination and water recycling schemes. The role offers exposure to landmark schemes and a clear path for professional development.

You will deliver commercial control, NEC contract administration, and stakeholder engagement, working closely with clients and contractors across Colchester-area sites, with travel to projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the UK construction industry.
  • Delivery of water sector projects is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of NEC contracts.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication.
  • Commercially minded with a proactive, collaborative approach.
  • Full UK driving licence preferred.

Location: Norfolk / Suffolk (with travel to projects in Colchester)

I'm working exclusively on behalf of a highly respected construction consultancy that is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join its growing infrastructure team.

The Role
