Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction, utilities, or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong understanding of standard forms of contract (e.g. NEC, JCT).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Manage cost control across multiple live projects.
• Prepare and manage valuations and final accounts.
