Morgan Sindall Property Services is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Leeds team. The role focuses on managing day-to-day commercial control across multiple projects from award to final account, with strong emphasis on CVRs and cash flow reporting.

We expect NVQ Level 6 in Quantity Surveying or equivalent, experience with social housing repairs, and a full UK driving licence. A CSCS White card and knowledge of FRAs and K&B programmes are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience managing CVRs and Final Accounts.
• Knowledge of Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs).
• Knowledge of Kitchen & Bathroom programmes (K&B).
• NVQ Level 6 in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent).
• Full, clean UK driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day commercial control on multiple projects.
• Provide timely CVRs, forecasts and cash flow reports.
• Procure sub-trades and suppliers in a cost-efficient manner.
• Prepare final accounts and re-measurements.
• Assess variations, extensions of time, and loss and expense claims.
