Job summary

Morgan Sindall Property Services Limited is recruiting two permanent Multi Skilled Engineers for our Leeds team. You will handle responsive and planned repairs across occupied and void social housing properties, performing trades such as plumbing, joinery, tiling, kitchen and bathroom works.

Applicants should hold an NVQ Level 2 trade qualification, have health & safety knowledge, and be able to work with minimal supervision. A Blue CSCS card and a full UK driving licence are preferred.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 trade qualification or equivalent.
• Experience in social housing repairs preferred.
• Basic plumbing including taps, toilets and baths.
• Customer-focused with pride in high-quality repairs.

Responsibilities

• Carry out responsive and planned repairs in social housing properties (occupied and void).
• Perform minor plumbing, joinery, tiling, kitchen and bathroom work.
• Work using handheld device and follow safety best practices.
• Be available for on-call rota and out-of-hours support.
