• Coordinate with commercial managers and site teams to ensure profitability.
• Obtain quotations, negotiate with clients, and secure approvals.
• Manage cost control from start to finish and handle variations.
• Process subcontractor invoices and material purchases.
• Prepare interim applications and final accounts for projects.
