V7 Recruitment Ltd is seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors based in the UK to support a large-scale data centre project in Skellefteå, Sweden. You will work with the project and commercial teams to control costs, manage contracts and maximize value.

The package includes flights, accommodation, and a €1000+ monthly allowance, with 3 and 5 week rotation options, 24 days annual leave pro rata, a pension scheme, and a discretionary bonus (5–20% of salary) based on project performance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related discipline.
• 3-5 years' Quantity Surveying experience within construction.
• Experience supporting the commercial delivery of construction projects.
• Good understanding of cost control, procurement and contract administration.
• Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Data centre, industrial or mission-critical experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

We are recruiting experienced Uk based Quantity Surveyors to support Data Centre construction inSkellefteå, Sweden.This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of a large-scale data centre project, working closely with the wider project and commercial teams to control costs, manage contracts and maximise value.

We will cover the cost of flights, accomodation and also provide you with €1000+ monthly allowance to support yourself while on your chosen rotation pattern.

What's on Offer

• Salary upto €100,000 DOE
• €265 euros per week allowance (net)
• Discretionary bonus scheme between 5-20% of salary paid in March – this is dependent on project performance
• Flights covered
• 3 and 5 week rotation options
• Single occupancy accommodation (furnished apartment) or 21000 SEK per month (equivalent to €1900) towards accommodation
• Shared vehicle use to get to site
• 24 days annual leave pro rata. This will increase to 30 days once the employee has worked one full year as at 31 March.

About You
