V7 Recruitment is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEP/CSA) for a Blyth project. You will take ownership of commercial delivery on large, technically complex data centre schemes, working with project teams to control costs and manage risk.

The role requires a degree in Quantity Surveying or related field and 8+ years in QS roles, with strong cost control, procurement and contract administration expertise. UK-based rotation options and benefits are offered.

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related discipline.
• 8+ years' Quantity Surveying experience, ideally in construction.
• Strong experience managing commercial aspects of large-scale construction projects.
• Proven cost control, procurement and contract administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and commercial practices.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical and financial management skills.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• MEP/CSA and data centre, industrial or mission-critical experience is advantageous.

• Ensure contractual documentation and commercial controls are maintained.
• Support financial reporting and proactively resolve commercial issues.

The OpportunityV7 Recruitment are working with a leading data centre delivery specialist to recruit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEP/CSA) to join their project team in Blyth.

This is an excellent opportunity to take responsibility for the commercial delivery of large-scale, technically complex data centre projects, working closely with project and site teams to control costs, maximise value and manage commercial risk.
