The Opportunity:

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to take charge of diverse and exciting construction projects in the North West? This is your chance to join a growing team where your expertise will ensure seamless delivery of both new builds and refurbishments.

As a Quantity Surveyor or Senior QS, you’ll play a key role in driving cost efficiency, managing procurement processes, and leading contract negotiations within this company's social housing division. Your insight will be crucial in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

You’ll work closely with a talented team of project managers, architects, and contractors, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting for all assigned construction projects.
2. Manage procurement strategies and lead contract negotiations to secure the best possible value for money.
3. Provide regular financial forecasts and risk assessments, ensuring full control over project budgets.
4. Monitor project progress and resolve any financial or operational challenges that arise.
