A reputable quantity surveying firm with eleven locations nationwide is seeking a committed Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic Manchester team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both Employers Agent and quantity surveying roles.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful candidate will work on various projects across sectors such as residential, logistics, office, healthcare, government, higher education, and retail, as per the firm's partners. Leading a dedicated team, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in regional expansion, managing responsibilities from project inception to completion, including client interactions and mentoring junior staff.

This role is ideal for a driven individual aspiring to advance into an Associate Director position. It offers leadership opportunities and a chance to impact exciting projects, shaping the company's future in the Manchester region and providing a platform for career growth.

Requirements

• Experience as an Employers Agent or in quantity surveying within a consultancy
• A degree accredited by RICS
• MRICS or working towards it
• Strong pre- and post-contractual expertise
• Solid consultancy experience
