Job summary

Navartis Ltd in Bristol is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join its Bristol team. You'll manage the commercial side of residential schemes from pre-construction to final account, working closely with site, design and procurement teams.

The role offers room to progress within a leading housebuilder, with a strong order book and a focus on delivering value on projects across the South West. MRICS would be a plus, and a UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in house building or residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of subcontract procurement, valuations and final accounts.
• Proven negotiation and communication skills.
• Degree, HNC/HND or equivalent in QS or related field (or equivalent experience).
• MRICS or working towards it is a plus.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, cost plans and forecasts from start to final account.
• Tender, procure and negotiate subcontract packages.
• Prepare valuations, variations and payment certificates.
• Close out subcontractor final accounts.
• Work with site managers to support delivery.
