Job summary

Heidelberg Materials UK, based in Chipping Sodbury, is hiring a Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of the Nuclear Project's, a nationally significant infrastructure programme. You’ll lead surveying across allocated contracts, administer NEC contracts, valuations and compensation events, and manage cost, revenue and cash collection.

Responsibilities

• Leading Quantity Surveying functions across allocated contracts
• Administering NEC contracts, valuations, and compensation events
• Managing cost, revenue, and cash collection throughout the project lifecycle
• Supporting procurement and subcontractor engagement
• Producing commercial reports and forecasts for senior stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with contract terms and company procedures
• Site visits for audits, meetings, and training as required
