Job summary

Heidelberg Materials UK is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of the Nuclear Project from Chipping Sodbury. You will work with the Senior Quantity Surveyor and Head of Nuclear to manage contracts, cost control, and financial performance.

Ideal candidates will have NEC contract administration experience, strong financial reporting skills, and a proactive, safety-conscious mindset.

• Site visits for audits, meetings, and training as required

Job description

We're hiring a Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of the Nuclear Project's, one of the UK's most critical infrastructure programmes. Based in Chipping Sodbury, you'll work closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor and Head of Nuclear to manage material supply contracts and ensure robust financial performance.

• Administering NEC contracts, valuations, and compensation events
• Managing cost, revenue, and cash collection throughout the project lifecycle
