Job summary

Gateley is seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor for its Residential team in Nottingham. The role involves leading projects, supervising assistants, and acting as the primary contact with clients and consultants. You will deliver QS/PM services for Gateley RJA, with opportunities to cover for senior staff as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a Quantity Surveying degree and ideally be RICS chartered, with consultancy experience and a proactive, client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Cost Management or related field.
• Chartered membership of RICS is desirable.
• Experience in consultancy environments and employer's agent/QS roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead on a range of construction projects and supervise the team.
• Act as principal contact with clients and design team consultants.
• Deliver Gateley RJA QS/PM services independently on projects.
• Maintain CPD and contribute to ongoing professional development.
