Qualifications

• A degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Relevant cost consultancy experience.
• Comfort handling day-to-day project responsibilities and communicating with clients.
• MRICS status or progress welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Preparing estimates, cost plans and project budgets.
• Advising on procurement routes and preparing tender documentation.
• Analysing tender returns and making recommendations.
• Managing valuations, variations, cost reporting and final accounts.
• Identifying commercial risks and opportunities for value engineering.
• Building effective relationships with clients and project teams.
• Supporting junior colleagues and maintaining high standards of delivery.
