Kier Group - MEP Quantity Surveyor

Kier Group is seeking an MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our southern region. As part of our internal, self-delivery MEP business, you will work across various projects in different sectors.

Contract: Permanent – Full Time.

Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial resources of assigned projects to maximize gross margin.
• Oversee contracts and subcontracts, ensuring compliance with procurement strategies.
• Conduct valuation and measurement of changes.
• Advise on legal and contractual matters related to orders and changes.
• Evaluate project and subcontract progress.
• Handle procurement activities, including subcontract inquiries, tender reviews, and order placements.

Candidate Requirements

• Degree or HND/HNC (or similar) in Quantity Surveying or relevant experience.
• Experience in the MEP sector with a good understanding of MEP systems and surveying.
• Knowledge of main contract forms such as JCT, NEC, etc.
