Job summary

Logical Personnel Solutions in Manchester is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join one of the UK's leading façade contractors working on major schemes nationwide.

You will join an established commercial team and take responsibility for the commercial management of packages from procurement through to final account, gaining exposure to large, high value projects and real progression opportunities across student accommodation, mixed use and high rise schemes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects commercially
• Strong procurement and subcontractor experience
• Good contractual knowledge
• Experience working on medium to large value projects
• A strong commercial approach and ambition to progress

Responsibilities

• Commercial management of packages from procurement through to final account
• Work on major projects across the country, collaborating with experienced commercial and project teams
