Job summary

TLG Infrastructure is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for a permanent role in London. The position entails managing budgets, valuations and final accounts, and coordinating with project teams to meet commercial targets.

The ideal candidate will have experience in construction or civil engineering, strong commercial and contractual knowledge, and excellent negotiation and communication skills to support procurement and commercial negotiations.

Qualifications

• Previous Quantity Surveying experience within construction or civil engineering.
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, costs and forecasts.
• Prepare valuations, variations and final accounts.
• Manage subcontractor packages and payments.
• Support procurement and commercial negotiations.
• Monitor financial performance and identify commercial risks.
• Work closely with project teams to achieve commercial targets.
