Main Contractor Quantity Surveyor needed to work for a very busy £30M turnover commercial builder. Must be commercially aware, able to make commercial decisions whilst running construction projects. Much of the work is in high-end residential, involving measuring and pricing jobs, sourcing subcontracts, and then managing the projects to final account, including collecting payments from clients.
