Job summary

Owen Gardner Talent is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor in London and the South East. The role supports projects from pre-construction through to final account, across a varied portfolio including refurbishment, fit-out and new-build developments.

You will work within a growing commercial team, partnering with project teams, subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure robust commercial performance and successful delivery across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Quantity Surveying qualification or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience administering JCT and/or NEC contracts.
• Strong cost management and commercial reporting skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience working on multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Construction: quantity take-offs and cost plan preparation; budget management and tender input.
• Post-Contract: manage subcontractor packages; prepare valuations, variations and final accounts.
