Job summary

AA Euro Group in London seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor (M&E) to join the commercial team. The role involves working across major building and infrastructure projects, splitting time between East London office and Canary Wharf site, with full-time hours.

Responsibilities include procurement, cost control, interim valuations, and final accounts within an MEP contracting environment. 1 year experience in construction or M&E is desirable, with strong numerical and Excel skills and

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in construction or M&E contracting (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Assist in procurement and commercial evaluation of subcontractors, suppliers and consultants.
• Assist in preparation of Bills of Quantities, schedules and tender documents.
• Support measurement of M&E services and interim valuations, variations and final accounts.
• Assist with Cost Value Reconcilitations (CVRs) and changes for subcontractors and clients.
• Support payments to Sub-Contractors, Consultants and Suppliers.
• Attend meetings and prepare commercial correspondence under Senior Commercial Manager guidance.
