Job summary

Main Contractor in Central London is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team. You will work closely with the Commercial Manager and Senior Quantity Surveyor to deliver submissions, valuations and payment applications on complex London projects.

The role offers the chance to progress responsibilities within a seasoned team and develop with varied commercial duties across projects in central London.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing valuations, variations and payment applications.
• Experience assisting with or producing CVRs and cost reports.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Good commercial awareness and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Commercial Manager and Senior Quantity Surveyor.
• Take greater commercial responsibility within the commercial team.
• Prepare valuations, variations and payment applications.
• Assist with CVRs and cost reports and provide cost analysis.
