Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Quantity Surveyor (M&E) in Romford, Essex. The role suits someone with construction or M&E experience who seeks hands-on training and long-term progression within a growing business.

You will develop experience across M&E projects, supported by a Senior Commercial Manager, across estimating, procurement and cost management, with regular site visits.

Romford, Essex (Commutable from: Dagenham, Ilford, Barking, Brentwood, Epping, Chigwell, Grays, Basildon)

Are you a Quantity Surveyor or someone with construction / M&E experience, looking to develop your commercial career within a growing business offering hands-on training and long-term progression?

On offer is an excellent opportunity to develop your experience across a variety of M&E projects, working closely with an experienced Senior Commercial Manager who will help develop your skills across estimating, procurement and cost management.

This company are an established specialist contractor with a close-knit team and are looking to continue developing their commercial department.

On offer is a varied role where you will support the commercial management of multiple projects, assisting with procurement, valuations, cost control, variations and final accounts while gaining valuable experience across the complete commercial process.

This role would suit an Quantity Surveyor or someone with construction / M&E experience looking for further training and long-term career development.

The Role:

• Support the commercial management of multiple M&E projects
• Work closely with the Senior Commercial Manager and site teams
• Monday-Friday, office based with regular site visits

• Quantity Surveying, Construction or M&E background

• Commutable to Romford
