QUANTITY SURVEYOR – (Luxury Residential)

Salary: £45,000 - £65,000
Location: WESTMINSTER

QUANTITY SURVEYOR – HIGH-END RESIDENTIAL
Our client is an established high-end residential contractor. The company has an elite client base of high net worth individuals building their dream homes. The projects are based in London covering areas including Chelsea, Knightsbridge and Mayfair. They are currently looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor. The Quantity Surveyor must have experience successfully running high-end luxury residential projects between £5m-£20m and has been working with a medium to large sized main contractor who have established themselves well in this industry sector.

Quantity Surveyor Sample Duties:

• Monthly cost reports
• Cost value reconciliation (CVR)
• Negotiating with sub-contractors and suppliers
• Take offs
• Final accounts
• Monitoring tender event schedules.
• 2 stage tender experience (Not Essential)

Requirements:

• Relevant Quantity Surveying degree or Quantity Surveying experience
• High End Residential experience
• Main Contracting experience in either New Build, Refurbishment or fit-out
• Project Values £3 million +
• Stable job history
