Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost control, bill of quantities (BOQ), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting for various projects. The role involves thorough project analysis, development of construction phase plans, site logistics plans, and environmental management plans. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will work closely with the management team to ensure projects are delivered successfully.

Qualifications

• Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning skills
• Experience with Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Cost Reporting
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Experience in construction or demolition projects is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
• Professional accreditation (e.g., RICS) is an advantage
