Quantity Surveyor (Luxury Residential) | Permanent | Kensington, West London

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 + package
Location: Kensington, West London
Region: London

I have an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a niche construction company that specializes in the high-end residential sector, based out of their West London offices.

The company has been operating for close to 15 years, specifically in the luxury residential sector, carrying out a range of new builds, refurbishments, extensions, conversions, basement, and cut and carve projects.

Due to an increased workload, they are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on a permanent basis. The ideal person will have a strong track record working in the high-end residential sector; predominantly on refurbishments, extensions, conversions, and basement cut and carve projects.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ideally Degree qualified or other relevant qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working for a reputable main contractor
• Residential / high-end residential project experience
• Excellent commercial skills and awareness
• Capable of running projects autonomously
• Able to commute to West London on a daily basis
