Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage cost plans and cash flows, ensuring project financials are on track.
• Prepare tender documentation and manage the full tender process.
• Lead post-contract duties including valuations and cost reporting.
• Mentor and support Assistant Surveyors for team development.
