Energy Jobline CVL is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of the commercial management across a portfolio of infrastructure projects in Northamptonshire and across the UK. You will work closely with operational teams, clients and supply chain partners to maximise profitability and ensure contractual compliance.

The role offers exposure to highways, civil engineering and environmental works with opportunities for professional development and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial management and cost control in civil projects.
• NEC3 and/or NEC4 contract experience preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Commercial management of multiple infrastructure projects.
• Produce valuations, applications for payment and reports.
• Monitor costs, budgets, forecasts and profitability.
• Support project teams with commercial guidance and NEC contract compliance.
• Identify variances, changes and change control processes.
• Administer NEC contracts and ensure obligations are met.
• Assist with final accounts and project close-out.
• Contribute to improvements in commercial processes.
