Job summary

Bimplus is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor for its Watford offices with hybrid working. You will manage commercial activities across live projects on both the main contractor and subcontractor sides, focusing initially on subcontractor workloads.

Applicants should have 4+ years in Quantity Surveying and be capable of independent commercial management; tendering/measuring experience is a plus. The role offers strong progression and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• 4 years+ Quantity Surveying experience
• Confident managing commercial duties independently
• Tendering/measuring experience useful for contractor side

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial management across multiple live projects on both main contractor and subcontractor sides
• Handle applications for payment, variations and NEC contract administration
• Prepare CVRs, commercial reports and final accounts
• Oversee procurement, valuations, payments and cost forecasting
• Liaise with clients and subcontractors to manage commercial performance
