Qualifications

• At least 3 or 5 years’ relevant project experience for Intermediate and Quantity Surveyor roles respectively.
• Experience in procuring and administering engineering contracts such as NEC3/4.
• Demonstrable experience in infrastructure and nuclear projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of tender and contract documents.
• Analyze tender commercial returns and documents.
• Provide cost forecasting, change and value management.
