Job summary

Crescent Specialist Recruitment (CSR) is working with a Lisburn-based specialist contractor to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor. You will manage the commercial aspects of projects from start through to completion, ensuring profitability and effective cost control.

The successful candidate will have at least two years' QS experience, a degree in Quantity Surveying, and a proactive, team‑oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' Quantity Surveying experience.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Experience in general building or specialist subcontracting environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen.
• Proven track record in a Quantity Surveying role.
• Proactive, hardworking and ambitious approach.
• Desire to develop professionally and progress within the organisation.
• Ability to lead by example and work effectively as part of a team.

A well-established specialist contractor based in Lisburn is currently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.

The Role
