Connect Plus Services (CPS) is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to join the CPS team supporting the M25 London Orbital Motorway project in Leatherhead. You will contribute to commercial activities, cost tracking and governance within a high-profile infrastructure environment.

The role offers exposure to a complex network, collaboration with industry leaders, and a pathway to professional accreditation, with strong emphasis on value engineering, procurement, and cost control.

Qualificações

• BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Teamworking and collaboration.
• Achievement-focused with a results-driven approach.
• Previous commercial work experience and/or industry knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Support senior members of the commercial team in delivering a wide range of commercial duties.
• Procure and administer supply chain agreements.
• Minimise project costs and maximise value for money.
• Ensure the required standards and quality are achieved for our customers.
• Act as a positive role model for less experienced members of the commercial team.
