Job summary

Octavius Infrastructure Limited is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our Highways team on the M25 Connect Plus framework. The role blends site, office (Hatfield or Dartford), and home working to deliver commercial excellence.

You'll manage costs, forecasts, procurement, NEC changes, and CVR reporting while building strong relationships with project teams and clients to ensure financial and contractual compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of NEC contracts and commercial management.
• Ability to forecast costs and produce monthly CVR reports.

Responsibilities

• Managing project costs, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Supporting subcontract procurement and ongoing commercial management.
• Administering NEC contracts, including change control and payments.
• Identifying and managing risks, opportunities, and variations.
• Producing monthly reporting, including CVR and progress updates.
• Supporting the resolution of commercial challenges and queries.
