Qualifications
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience.
- Experience with NEC3/NEC4 contracts.
- Experience in civil engineering, highways or drainage projects.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Advanced Excel and Word skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
Responsibilities
- Support the commercial management of highways and civil engineering projects.
- Work closely with operational teams, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Monitor project costs, forecasts and financial performance.
- Manage subcontractor accounts and final accounts.
