Job summary

Carrington West is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support a major highways and civil engineering project in Coventry. The role focuses on commercial management of civils packages, NEC contracts, and subcontract administration.

You will work with the project team to manage cost control, valuations, forecasts and change management, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

Senior Quantity Surveyor - Highways & Civils

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support a major highways and civil engineering project in Coventry.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially strong Quantity Surveyor with a proven background in highways, civils and major infrastructure projects.

The Role

You will be responsible for the commercial management of significant civils packages, overseeing approximately £20m of works over the next 18 months as part of a wider £150m-£200m infrastructure project.

You will play a key role in managing commercial performance, subcontractors and contractual obligations, working closely with the wider project team.
