Job summary

RTL Group Ltd is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team in London. The permanent, office-based role supports live projects across the capital.

You will report to the senior commercial team and take day-to-day ownership of cost on allocated projects, including valuations, variations, payments and NEC/JCT contract administration.

Experience with main contractors and strong Excel/cost reporting skills are essential to succeed in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a main contractor
• Working knowledge of NEC and JCT forms of contract, and confidence administering them
• A civil engineering background or experience on groundworks packages is desirable
• Strong Excel and cost reporting skills
• Right to work in the UK
