Job summary

Job description

The postholder is responsible for providing a professional quantity surveying service, a suite of funding schemes across the private housing sector. These schemes are aimed at improving housing standards, improving energy efficiency and reducing fuel poverty and enabling persons with a disability to live as independently as possible and to remain in their home.As a member of the Grants Improvement and Development Team, the postholder will ensure a professional, proactive, customer orientated, and high-quality technical service is provided to our customers and stakeholders and that funding is processed in compliance with policies and procedures..

Responsibilities

• Develop the rates, technical specification, descriptions or drawings and schedules for all grant aided work items and professional fees for Home Improvement Grants, Disabled Facilities Grants etc.
