Job summary

Kenton Black are recruiting a permanent, full time Quantity Surveyor in Dundee, Scotland. You will oversee commercial functions on fitout projects, preparing cost estimates, budgets, interim valuations, and final accounts. This role requires a Degree in Quantity Surveying and a minimum of 3 years’ industry experience, with UK right-to-work confirmed.

Salary £40,000-£60,000 DOE plus a company car package. Projects span retail, banking, and hospitality sectors nationwide, with a supportive team

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying with at least 3 years' industry experience.
• Experience in fitout or refurbishment projects is preferred.
• Right to work in the UK and ability to provide references.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates and budgets for fitout projects.
• Measure completed works and prepare interim valuations.
• Negotiate and appoint subcontractors and manage contracts.
• Conduct commercial reporting and final accounts.
• Oversee the commercial functions on assigned fitout projects.
