Key Responsibilities:

Prepare cost estimates and budgets for new developments and refurbishments.

Analyse plans, bills of quantities and other project documentation.

Source and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers.

Monitor project progress and provide accurate cost reporting.

Advise on potential cost-saving strategies without compromising quality.

Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects remain on time and within budget.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor and/or Estimator within the construction/property sector.

Strong knowledge of residential and mixed-use developments.

Proficient in cost planning, procurement, tendering, and contract administration.

Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.

Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
