Job summary

Cornerstone Project Source invites a permanent Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to take ownership of cost analysis, measurement and tendering for steel fabrication and architectural metalwork projects in Essex. Immediate start, salary £50,000 per year, working hours 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

The role may also suit candidates at Assistant Commercial Manager level seeking progression within a growing structural steel business. Permanent position based in Essex with on-site duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in cost analysis and commercial reporting on live projects.
• Ability to survey, measure and value works accurately.
• Experience preparing and submitting estimates and tenders.

A structural steel specialist is currently looking for a permanent Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to take ownership of cost analysis, measurement and tendering across their steel fabrication and architectural metalwork projects in Essex.

Start Date: Immediate
Salary: £50,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Monday - Friday)
