Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience with a dry lining, ceilings or interiors sub-contractor.
• Good knowledge of SMM7/NRM and standard forms of contract (JCT).
• Experience in commercial interiors or fit-out sectors.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and submission of valuations and variations.
• Accurate cost reporting and forecasting for multiple live projects.
• Procurement and management of sub-contract packages.
