You will manage budgets, prepare final accounts, and liaise with project teams to mitigate commercial risks. Experience in commercial builds and refurbishment is essential, with strong negotiation and communication skills to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry.
• Experience with commercial new builds, extensions and refurbishment projects.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project costs, budgets and commercial performance.
• Prepare valuations, variations and final accounts.
• Manage subcontractor procurement, payments and accounts.
• Monitor project expenditure and identify commercial risks.
• Work closely with Site Managers and Project Managers.
• Attend site meetings and provide commercial updates.
