Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR advertises a Quantity Surveyor opportunity in Edinburgh for a UK PQS with 2+ years post-grad experience. The role offers APC support towards RICS, and progression prospects within a growing office that handles residential, leisure, industrial, warehousing and education projects up to around £120m.

You will need a recognised UK qualification (BSc Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics), experience with JCT contracts, and good communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years post graduate experience with a UK PQS firm.
• Recognised UK qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics.
• Experience with JCT contracts; NEC knowledge is a bonus.
• Aiming to take APC towards RICS qualification; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Undertake pre and post-contract quantity surveying duties.
• Work on projects across residential, leisure, industrial warehousing, schools and more.
• Support APC towards RICS qualification; contribute to project delivery.
