Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.

• Understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes.
• Knowledge of Mechanical/Electrical work packages is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Construction Team on Quantity Surveying functions.
• Pricing of tenders and measurement of variations.
• Preparation of interim payments and cost reports.
• Manage cashflow forecasts and cost plans for projects.
• Mentor junior QS team members.
