Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for commercial projects based in Dunfermline. You will manage contracts from start to finish, handle valuations and variations, and liaise with clients on site.

The role offers long-term progression within a growing commercial team, with a salary in the 50,000–60,000 range plus private healthcare, training, progression, 31 days holiday and pension.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar.
• Experience managing commercial contracts.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Commutable to Dunfermline.

Responsibilities

• Manage New Build, Social Housing and Commercial projects from start to finish.
• Submit valuations and price variations; review contracts.
• Provide client liaison and regular site visits.
• Support the Head of Commercial and contribute to project delivery.
